Oh baloney, America's Super Yuppies are always trying to find some magical way to live longer and be thinner and stave off cancer.....nothing wrong with that, but they are always looking for some short cut....in this case, I doubt seriously gardening is going to make a lot of difference....no doubt gardening is a healthy endeavor, but come on Super Yuppies....just realize you won't live forever....

.just realize you won't live forever.... No but I would like to be in the best health I can be in for the time I am here.
Getting a little sun and fresh air while doing gentle exercise is good for you and I can see where it would help promote a healthy brain.
All your senses are involved when you garden and stimulation is key.
