We will not tire, we will not falter, and we will not fail!
Good evening!!
Do not let the victims of the attacks on New York and Washington, nor the brave members of our Nation's military who have given their lives to protect our freedom, die in vain!!
TWU Local 100 agreed to go back to work in New York, ending the illegal transit strike there. Two million dollars worth of fines, pending appeal to a New York State Appellate Court, has been levied against the union local, and Gov. Pataki has said they will not be waived. No change in the negotiating position of either the union local or the City of New York's Metropolitan Transportation Authority has occurred, and there exists the possibility of another walkout.
Saddam at his trial indicated the United States is "the number one liar in the world." The trial has been adjourned until January 24, 2006. In other words, so far, there have been four or five court days and weeks upon weeks of nothing.
And President Bush stated "it's been a good year for the American people."
For AMERICA - The Right Way, I remain yours in the Caue, the Chairman.
The odious Muslim group CAIR files a freedom of information act to obtain NSA's spying files. Good luck with THAT!

the Rats will take credit for any reduction in troops in Iraq. It's all they have - to steal ideas from the administration.
And they think they are going in 2006?
I often think that's the reason they are throwing everything at this Administration, in hopes that something will stick, giving them leverage in the next election.
When you lie, eventually it all catches up. Perhaps that's why they are so desperate to say anything these days.
Mozie, I am so glad to know that I am not the only one. :))
Off to run errands. Y'all stay safe and warm.
Right now we've got about a foot of snow on the ground.
Have fun!
Their newest lie and amnesia regarding the NSA spying matter has started to amuse me. Ask the average American if they care about this and I'll bet that 70% of them not only don't care but expect the president to use all the powers of his office to do whatever is necessary to protect the country.
PawPaw, you have FReep mail.
:)
I'm going to attempt to put a feral - male- cat in a cat taxi. I doubt it'll be fun, but I have to do it.
Oh my- that is a lot of snow. But I bet it looks pretty.
Have a good day.
I'm around, honest! Just working a lot!
Merry Christmas folks :)
.....and I have to admit, there are times....car trouble, etc.,when it would be advantageous.
But I spend enough time on the phone when I'm home. When I leave the house I prefer to concentrate on other things.
I actually borrowed Ev's cell when he was off at basic & AIT.....I think I used it twice; both times to tell my daughter I had arrived at her apt. building to pick her up.
Could've walked up the steps & gotten a little exercise instead.;^)
Charles Krauthammer: Impeachment nonsense.

The main roads have been salted/sanded so they are okay.
I see that all the schools are closed.....(Green Bay/De Pere/Howard/Ashwaubenon districts are off today anyway.)
When I arrived at the bus where he was starting his route, he was very cordial (we are talking the greatest generation here), and then he asked if I remembered that he had told me about his brother having cancer. I said yes as a matter of fact I was thinking about his brother yesterday and even this morning. Well, he told me that his brother died yesterday. Then he told me that he just simply fell asleep with his family around him, and what better way for one to go than that, and he was relieved that his brother's suffering was over. I have to stop now and recompose myself. I was just going down there to wish this sweet man a Merry Christmas...
Unfortunately there are many of those on the left side of the aisle.........
I have one that I seldom use...but my children insist that I have it for emergencies: when lines go down here (rural area) as they often do during the winter or when a driver wrecks against a telephone pole some distance away...they also insist that I carry it w/me in case I fall or something outside and need help. It makes sense, I guess.
Yesterday, I was driving in heavy traffic and the darn phone in my purse started ringing....I don't drive and talk on the phone at the same time, so I had to pull into a store parking lot to take the call.
Too many of those, Mozie. It still hasn't quite computed with me how it is the Rat party moved SO far left.
Damon, recuited to the Yankees, gets a haircut. And the facial hair is gone too.
LOL! Well, if I ever have that special woman in my life again, she WILL have a cell phone. I will insist. I can survive without one....albeit I could use one in an emergency. I may succomb to it someday, but for now, I'm surviving somehow without one.
