I've had 3 Christmas get-togethers this year. Two were at my house.

Ugh, I'm such an anti-party animal, it's amazing. I don't make the decisions over who's coming over and when. We went to a church Christmas party, and our relatives also visited. Break out the egg nog!!

I get so uncomfortable in crowds of people, too. Especially if it's around people I don't know that well.

Take the church thing. There I am, surrounded by people whom I've seen a bazillion times, but I don't know any of their names for the life of me. And I feel like I'm being interrogated, too. "How old are you?" "Are you in school?" "Are you working?" "Do you have a girlfriend (they're OBSESSED with that one)?" And I keep getting asked all those questions over and over and OVER again by different people!!!

I'm sorry. :-(

It's past my bedtime, so I better get some sleep. Good night.

I was trying to act frustrated in a funny way to make you LOL even more. It's a gamble that doesn't always work.

Don't let the bedbugs bite.

I don't mind people asking about me, but some of them lean in and give you a piercing stare, like they're policemen beating the truth out of a captured convict.

I know what you mean. It is why I only do my shopping early in the morning. I feel very uncomfortable in crowds. I get asked similar questions too. I get asked if I have a girlfriend too.
