I don't know how the law reads on this case. Seems to me he had 'intent to commit bestiality'. He was filming his friend, then I betcha he was planning next on being filmed.
What I want to know is how the friend died, (all the details) and why the perv to be couldn't save him, apply a tourniquet (or cork) or apply pressure or cpr or something.
Apparently according to the article, bestiality is not against the law there. I suppose he should have been charged anyway under animal cruelty.
Old joke: Two guys camping and when one crawls into his sleeping bag he's bitten right on the end of his ... His friend calls his doctor friend who explains how to make an "X" at the site of the bite and to suck out the poison or his friend will die.
The guy hangs up and his bitten buddy says "What'd the Doc say?" His buddy answers: "The Doc says you're gonna die ..."
On a series note - if you're ever snake bit a light tourniquent won't hurt but get to a hospital ASAP. Skip everything else - you need the anti-venom. People have died thinking "no one dies of snake bites anymore." (True story) . There's a reason for that - get to the hospital. A public service announcement - not tax-deductible, your mileage may vary. ;-)
