No. Even though I stayed up late, I slept in. I think I'm tired because my sleeping pattern is off.

I'm a night owl too.
..........but........
I don't do mornings at all.
I've never been a morning person.
Not even as a child.
To: EsmeraldaA
No, mornings are something to be avoided at all costs.
Unfortunately, I woke up at 7 this morning & I'm one of
those people who, once awake, can never get back to sleep.

I'm pretty good at leading children into things they shouldn't emulate.
Like bonfires, with my special touch to the bonfire.
So lettsee.. four children, teaching them bonfire skills..
That'll be one backyard immolated, and five people coughing up smoke rings and saying "That's some good charcoal!"

Okers. Here goes:
Ingredients:
1 Box Duncan Heinz yellow cake mix1 Large box Instant Vanilla Pudding
4 Eggs
1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
1/2 Cup Bailey's Irish Creme
1 Cup Sour Cream
1 12-oz Bag Chocolate Chips, chopped
Directions:
Mix the dry ingredients together in a large bowl. In a separate bowl, blend the eggs, oil, and Bailey's together; then add the sour cream and blend that too. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients in the large bowl. Mix well. Add chocolate chips and mix well. Bake in a greased and floured bundt pan for approximately 1 hour at 350 degrees farenheit.
Alice's notes:.
The recipe does not specify if the cake mix is the kind with "pudding in the mix" or without. I've made it with both and prefer the results of the "pudding in the mix" style cake mix.Use only semi-sweet or dark chocolate for the chips; anything else is an abomination. I do not bother chopping the chips, either.
Yes, you really do need to grease and flour the cake pan.
I've always made it in a bundt pan, so I don't have conversion factors for the time if you choose to use a different sized pan. Experiment and let me know the results!
.
Enjoy! It's always a crowd pleaser at the celtic concerts that I host.

I'm the same way. I may toss, turn, and fight it... but once I'm awake... I may as well get up and make the coffee.
