yah...my sentiments exactly. The only thing is, I can't "hide" any of the boxes, so they are stacked in all their ugly nakedness.

Not until summer, at the earliest, and that's if I could work it in around everyone else's schedules. Going to bed is the best I get :-).

I never quite mastered the butterfly, looked absolutely terrible, but I was strong, so I didn't usually fall too far behind, and I'd make it up on the backstroke.

Primus has to work on his hip-pop and his arm recovery over the water. Still, he has improved immeasurably from the days when he looked like a whale breaching the water.

That's okay. Although I was never pregnant while doing the butterfly, a person could easily have mistaken me for a wallowing semi-aquatic mammal.

I swam througout my pregnancy with Tertia. It seemed like my times (just timing how long it took to do a set; not racing) were faster when I was pregnant. I think the "belly bump" acted like a keel.

How can you ask that and still say you never tire of "Danny Boy?"

I just checked and Ireland did not qualify. It's a pity, really, since Ireland has always had a very good team, and besides I like Ireland and the Irish people and its folkloristic music. Danny Boy is one of my favorite all-times song. And their non-qualifying for the World Cup, won't change that.
