The discussion page is where you are now.
Use your mouse to roll everything to the top of the screen. At the very top, you will see the two words, in the center: Pings/Mail. Click on mail.

Oh duh! You can just click on "Mail" at the top of this page and get to your freepmail too.
Sorry about taking you on a roundabout way.
And it wasn't much of a freepmail either - just my diagnosis.

Impossible. Cobbs weigh next to nothing and can outwit a score of dustbunnies with a mere thought.....

It is not stupid to ask. At all

if your doctor is right, the antibiotics have a fighting chance. of course, we act like that's what we're treating here, too. nobody DIES from this, they just wish they would. i hope the Abx works.

He's our 9 week old kitten. He's in his spastic stage right now. Still freaked out from moving from my parents house to ours. He's sitting in my lap, purring madly, and trying to decide which is more profitable: stalking my fingers or eating my wristwatch.

Well, DC wants to use Osmium, which is fine. I'll have my own brand using Iridium, simply because I think it's prettier, (not that it makes any difference -- these are the inside components.)
I don't know about his, but I think I'll spec an engraved design on the outside, which will be in gold and platinum.
I'm "toying" with the idea of making the unit openable, with a finely machined screw thread, and a soft gold gasketing surface.
These are all just manufacturing details of course.

Good thing that you went to the doctor.
Now you follow through and finish the antibiotics.
To: Alice au Wonderland
LOL! I love cats... and dogs.
To: Kindly Old Doc Tsu
Are your meds kicking in?
Mcxlplx has settled onto my lap for the duration.

Why would I want to open it? To use different weights?

Very nice, Bob. Thanks for the input.
To: Kindly Old Doc Tsu
Luckily I didn't have to work today. All I felt like doing was laying down. I did get up to check FR. Now we'll see if the antibiotics help.

One of these days, I'll figure out how to post pix on my bio page and then everyone can see Mcxlplx, scourge of mice and despoiler of trolls.
Do you have any pets?

i think so. anyway, i gotta go to bed. four-thirty is just too early. my heart doesn't beat till ten. amazing how much medicine you can practice in your sleep. once i went to the ER and treated some poor soul - stitched him up, actually - and went back to bed and was amazed to hear him recount the procedings a few days later. i certainly had no recollection of any of it. he did fine. humans are tough. if you refrain from killing them gratuitously, they'll probably go to YOUR funeral.

They lodged a protest.
And they shook dust in my face to make me sneeze to get their point across.

"Why would I want to open it?" Surely you don't think I would manufacture something and not leave myself an upgrade path?

I still remember you asking me if, when I stuck my tongue out straight, did it keep going to the side. Geez, all I'd done was cosh my head on the side of the pool, not had a stroke!
I love you anyway.
Go to bed and feel better soon, Mama.
