I confess to being an iPodd'er. And I further confess that this post is about podding. In my short time with my beloved white machine I have been unable to find many worthwhile conservative podcasts - certainly from here in Canada but even of the States where the conservative movement enjoys a long and vibrant history.
Item #1 - does anyone here know of a really good podcast(s), from anywhere in the world but English-language, which serves the goal of better articulating conservative principles?
Item #2 - does anyone feel that there is a need for some such presence in the podcasting world, and does any such person have a tech background that would assist?
I look forward.
Respectfully, R. Brantael
it's about money not politics but a good show none the less. http://www.daveramsey.com/

I have a bunch of christian podcasts, but only about 3 political conservative podcasts that I know of. The rest are mostly tech and webdev related. I haven't really looked in a while though. And yes, we need more podcasts. Come on hugh hewitt, drudge, northern alliance, john batchelor.

1. You might look at http://tworights.com/
2. They like you to put the word "vanity" in the title when you don't cite a news source
3. How did you post a topic on a day earlier than you registered?
Welcome.
Oh, and I have a bunch of entrepreneur and finance podcasts.

I probably have more and just can't find them. I've got too many that I need to sort out.
I love Shonan Beach FM, and their podcast must be nice as well.

Their webcast is a good mix of soul/funk and jazz.

"Many people have speculated that if we knew exactly why Brantael was able to post an article on a day earlier than he registered we would know a lot more about the nature of the universe than we do now."
That's amazing.
Great book... One of a kind author ... I loved Dirk Gently too.
Could you briefly but accurately tell me what podcasting is?
bttt
You download an MP3 file and stick it on your iPod for later listening. Think of Tivo for audio.
(waving jedi-hand movement) He did not post this yet...he will post it tomorrow...:-)
I love listening to Rush's podcast. He charges about 20 cents a podcast and you get zero commercials (except for his own new "Excellence in PodCasting Network commercial once an hour or so). Plus he has nice software to automatically download the three MP3 files of his daily program to your computer. I adapted a small AppleScript to automatically rename his files so they fit on the iPod screen rather than scrolling by. The downside is you don't get to hear the great music he plays and his program-opening riff (due, I guess, to licensing problems).
We put up podcasts, but they are confined to U.S. military history. If you would like the address let me know
I love my IPOD.
I have so many albums on it.
I can use it while hiking, mountain biking, at the bar, skiing.
I haven't done any PODCASTS.
You can only listen to too much talk radio.
