A lot of liberal bloggers are commenting on this picture. Apparently Bush didnt button the top button of his shirt in the correct position.
Is it just me or is it a bit hypocritical for Democrats to be commenting on peoples clothes after this:

Only the looney left morons who must peek out from their own fly could possibly make such a comment.
How they can take pictures and write stories with all the flies buzzing around them is a wonder.

That fact that these lunatics are obsessing about such matters as how the President buttons his shirt and (photoshopped) notes about him wanting to use the bathroom is a very good sign.
It's all they have.

Actually that diagram helps to show that the shirt was buttoned properly...unless leftist shirts only have one inch of space between the top collar button and the next button down.
Plus it's hard to put a button through a crease. A hole works much better.

The buttons are fine, the shirt's fine too considering he's wearing a vest beneath it.

This is it! This is what will take down Bush! They'll be sure to impeach him! < /end DUmmie simulation.. >
Whatever. You know, you have to be pretty pathetic to have this be the highlight of your political day.
Oh, and for DUmmies reading this.. Roberts, confirmation, plus Bush gets another pick.. Maybe more, still early in the second term. Enjoy your buttongate. Losers.

I don't see anything wrong with the button. The visible button is for the top of the collar.
Technically, that button is on the 'collar band'. Bush didn't button the collar band button.

THIS DOES IT!
I used to be a staunch Republican, but I can no longer support the inadequate dress codes of the Bush administration, with their failed...um, illegal war on...I mean indifference towards...er...LINE?!

So the busiest man on the planet missed a button.
If I can match my sox and get the shirt foreword with right side out I am having a good day.
I spend most days brushing the tag off my chin.

1. they are mistaken, as close but cursory examination shows.
2. even if they were in fact correct, if that was the best shot they had in battery, then they are done. finished. kaput.
