Didn't realize gasoline moved by river conveyance. Thought all was moved in trucks or pipelines.

I believe the barges were transporting oil - not gasoline - to refineries. Compounding the issue, the refinery in Memphis is having equipment problems.

Where are the stations in Ark that are out of gas?

The outages are mostly in small towns at the present time. Stations along the major highways may be in better shape.
