That's a shame. It makes the process much easier when you have someone you like and respect looking out for you. It's why I carefully considered before choosing mine. Some of my friends have evil advisors who demand 80 hours a week out of them (on top of their jobs). Mine demands what I can do, and a little more, but in such a way that I can manage.
