I actually think I've got one already,
if a unit is available. A one-bedroom for $490. Still more than I'd like to budget at my current income. So I keep looking, and asking firends to keep ears open.
Meanwhile I wonder which of my cousin's qualities I should emulate given his success.

On the live Katrina thread they just said someone from the National Hurricane Center said on local radio "flocks of snakes and turtles are heading inland."
