Probably proofreading ability and typing speed. Just a guess.
Hmmm...if I get frozen or fresh strawberries, I can make daiquiris.
you?... me too!...
Go for the Admin Asst. jobs. If you've done Computer help desk stuff, you have the skills they'll likely need. Most of these type jobs require a lot of computer skills nowadays. Be sure to put any programs in which her are proficient; Word, Excel, etc.
Make that, "in which YOU are proficient"!
Those strawberries would be great whipped up in the blender with that lemonade mix.
The blender is my friend...
Trouble is, all the ones I've applied for so far, I've gotten back a note saying "We are currently considering candidates that more closely meet our needs". I have about six of those notes at last count.
Which is why I had the resume question. But I'm gonna try for the college admin one. Nice thing about that one is that I believe they put all folks who do well on the test in a pool and draw from that as openings occur.
That sounds good!
Not only that I received a precious gift in the mail. It's small, but I'm enjoying it.
For some unknown reason, I'm on Hillary's mailing list. Today I got another fund raising letter from her with three BREs enclosed. I'm happily mailing them all back individually with a note that says "as long as you morons keep sending these to me, I'll keep sending them back at your expense."
Mwahaha.... maybe someone who doesn't like you signed you up hoping you'd get annoyed.
Has she said she's running for President yet?
Out of Coke and it's too late for coffee...
I'm gonna steal some of my cousin's grape juice on account of he's still at his fiancee's.
This means not having to replace the second (bedroom) TV I got rid of when I moved in here.
Whut, cuz yer too lazy to cross the room and turn it off?
Evenin' everyone.
Sorry I've been so scarce lately, but I've got a few things to settle here at home (which has made me moody) and I'm not very good company. :-P
I had so much work backed up at the office that I didn't get out of there until quarter after 7.
Finally got the girls bathed, fed and checked homework. I'm a tired Hobbit.
Ruthy! Good to see you! Sorry things are sticky. You need ventin', you know where to go.
You spend time away from your computer...?
Thanks, chica.
Yeah, that's exactly it.
Much obliged to ya, Bear.
:-D
