Well...weatherunderground says late tonight/early Monday morning. I've heard 2-5 am and 7-8 am. So I guess when it gets there.

I'm sure there's a lot going on behind the scenes that we know nothing about. That place is used to large outdoor gatherings, so there will be plenty of porta-potties available. But it's true, with the politics down there, things could get pretty bad. I just hope this new Mayor has his stuff together; he seems to. He seems a lot better than the former Mayor, Morial.
Local New Orleans weather guy says it'll land on Grand Isle sometime between 5 to 7 am tomorrow morning.
Apparenyly 5-7am also corresponds with high tide. oy,oy,oy!
