University grad student and conservative.
I am 21 and very conservative but not in school.
I am going to go back to school.
I'm 46, does that count? I still feel like I'm 21. And look like I'm 25. LOLOLOL! Ok, that was not true, I look 29.
This thread came at a good time - I was just arguing with my mentor about whether or not FreeRepublic was a place I should be allowed to join. Finding this thread has convinced him.
I'm 13, nearly 14, and I live in Australia. Until two years ago I was in state schools and I got really, really sick of the teachers ramming their left wing philosophies down my throat. When I was in year six, my class teacher did classes on why the war in Iraq was wrong - actually did classes on it in school. I was only a kid, but it really made me really mad that a teacher could get away with that. For high school (which starts when you are 12 here) my parents decided to send me to a private school, and it's a lot better but it still gets annoying.
Currently my plans are to survive school without being brainwashed and then maybe go into the navy - I'd like to go to ADFA and I want to be the first female commanding officer of a submarine. I know I probably won't make that goal, but I think you should aim as high as possible, because then even if you fall short you wind up doing something worth doing.
I have to deal with not having many friends, because a lot of the things that interest other kids don't interest me much.
If I could get the 50cents through the screen I'd give it to ya! Keep up the good work Asphalt,
Mel
BTW I'm too old and too dumb to go to school. But I do work at a University and that makes me feel better about my lack of inteligence.

21, conservative, college senior, watch South Park. Y'all need to watch that show, it's solid.
Here's a trick to get a 4 year head start versus your peers: skip high school.

Unfortunately my thread title was not well thought out, because some parents might instinctively skip over it due to attached stigma, whether real or imagined.
I nominate you to be the Keeper of a ping list for FReepers 25 and under.
High school freeper ping.
