now the little truthseekers have changed her avatar.
so predictable again.
lol
Means they will likely ban her before she can post her proof.
LOCK BAN DELETE!
Oh they banned her - my bad.
She wasn't allowed to post her proof!
LMAO
I know the progressive community is watching this. Many have got to be seeing what is going on.
I can assure you Beth had her minions writing to the website to stop the woman... She used her lawsuit threats etc...
See, she has her MO like Ben has his...
" Isn't this a riot to watch??"
Yes!!
Well, she's surely free to post those cancelled checks on Scamdy.
Means they will likely ban her before she can post her proof.
LOCK BAN DELETE!
They banned everyone else asking legit questions - why not her?
Fingers in ears - la,la,la,la. I can't HEAR you!
She ain't backing down. Good for her! hopscotch

I want the confession myself.
I am cool if someone scammed me out of my money, if they were good at it. Not a playa hater here. Andy plays a bad game. So does Lizzzzzbeth.
Then we have the Jessica Rabbit circa 80's fat, white girl who needs attention on addition to this drama.
I never got a beyatch who lived through her avatar. Funny thing.
You guys seem to rely on the fact you assume, one I am conservative and can be shocked. Won't happen.
Two, you can't game me out of my trump card.
You are not playing Uno. This is Texas Hold Em, and I stand with a flush. You were dumb enough to give it to me.

Not sure who you are, but I am not responding to any emails on this matter.
Whatever needs to be said will be either said here or on http://www.AndyThanksYou.com

Big Tent Democrat just showed up on Malloys site. Asking questions of BB.
Wasn't he the guy that got tombstoned when they thought it was Frank?
Don't know if he got tombstoned. I kind of felt sorry for the guy actually.
Funny that BB has to get "permission" to talk with him. They are investigating who is behind Scamdy.com.
Well, now open--rather than behind closed-doors--evidence that these clowns are puppets.
Notice, please, the dirty ben reponded that he "has to ask permission" before responding to something.
Why does an adult have to ask permission?
This is......well, so hokey and amateurish.
Master Ben has been mastered by someone or something else!

[first is her quotations of laws of the state of Washington, then.....] By the way,
PM me if you want the name and direct line of the person I spoke with at the Washington SOS's office who advised me to file an online complaint with the Atty. General's office about this "private fundraiser" so they could begin an investigation into the possible illegality of it.
Bennie, if you're reading this, I would be happy to provide you the name and extension of the SOS Charities Division clerk I spoke with so you can let Beth know she screwed this one up and who she needs to talk to.
Does the name Penny Hawkins mean anything to you? Even SHE was required to file with the SOS office for her online fundraiser and that was for less than $12,000.
The P.O. Box in Seattle accepting donations makes this the SOS's business.
Learn how to interpret more than just obscenity laws next time Bennie!
Thank you, Scamcreatic!
Of course they aren't going to call, because there's been many calls made to that office, incoming and outgoing, and their calling attracts even more attention to an issue they don't want the public to see.
It's interesting, this dirty ben.
With, or without, his knowledge and permission, he's a fiddle being played by not one group, but three.
One fiddle, three players.
Looks like "Bennie and his Jets" really pissed off someone who isn't a FReeper....LOL
I called a few weeks ago. The lady I talked to basically said someone had to file a complaint. The number I called was 206-464-7744. She wasn't very helpful. She said there might be a problem filing it in WA because it was just a PO box used and that doesn't mean the fundraiser took place there. It sounded like she didn't want to deal with my questions. I did call before the lunch hour so maybe she just wanted to leave. She basically said online fundraisers were hard to look into for fraud.
One supposes it's a matter of timing and luck and chance (the person one gets on the telephone)--but a few weeks, or even a few days, ago, no one had anything to offer as concrete proof that this is a scam.
The concrete finally dried.
I am sure if you called the office again, you will get a different response; that has been the experience thus far of three people known to me, who filed complaints there.
In two of those instances--I do not know about the third--they (a) ended up being called back by the office, and (b) all conversations lasted at least an hour--initiated by that office, remember, and not by the individual.
So I think it is "timing" and "luck;" which explains my own "scattershot" method of doing things--if I scatter around enough, the odds are pretty good I'm going to hit something.
One just scatters around until he bumps into something.
That is good to know that complaints have been filed and received call backs from the office. Thanks for the info. When I talked to this lady, I didn't give the particulars about Andy and his fundraiser. No names mentioned. Since I didn't donate, I felt it wasn't my place to start naming names, etc. I just gave generic info regarding the fundraiser.
