You plan to use the other one? You could pull the drive and toss it in the new one.
hey Homely, we gonna let this guy get away with this?...
We already pulled out his 10-gig second hard drive and stuck it in, there's really no room for another. And I think he planned to use the old PC.
Nice steal, btw.
no, the old one'll be fer thekids...
Eee...there may not be any easy way to do this. Most programs put files in a lot of different places - not just in their own directory. So just copying the directory from the old computer wouldn't be enough to make the program work.
You probably need the install disc. The old computer didn't come with any discs at all?
I dunno. It probably has some of the tools, like fixing exposure and cropping... But I wouldn't give up on bringing in Photoshop.... It's just over my head to move it.
Is your old disk still in the old computer, or did you install the HD off of it onto the new computer?
nope...no disk for photoshop...lots of other drivers, but not photoshop
there were HDhd...moved the 10gig into the new puter and the 2gig (the C drive) with the OS "with photo shop" is still on the old computer.
Yeah it will to basic stuff like exposure and cropping. Really if you are not adding people to the shot or airbrushing in some ninja then it will do the job.
Also, you're not supposed to let these chickens roost, because they'll hurt themselves if they fall off, having no capacity to break their fall with their wings. Still, they have the desire to roost, so I made them a tiny little roost a mere half inch off the floor of the tote...they love it.
Also, I raised their feeder up so they have to stand up to eat. Otherwise, they'll just lay down and eat!
Think I'll put them outside in that little cooplet I made...with the net cover and open to grass on the bottom. I did it yesterday and they did quite a bit of scratching around at insects and nipping the tops off blades of grass.
It should be an interesting experiment and will answer many questions I have...
Can I raise them to fryer weight?
Can I butcher them?
Will the meat taste better than store-bought as a result of my efforts?
I got muh own youngun's tuh raise.
Yer the one that let him get away alive...
Heh...
"Look, ain't they cute? Let's eat 'em."
OK, I'm still clueless.
Lesbians across the street.
Why did the lesbian cross the road?
There was another person I forgot to thank, though others have done so!
The Shootmoot knives are incredibly nice! One of the folks with a digital camera really should get a picture of one.
My first fixed blade knife!
Mmmm...nuggets...
Keep us posted! I'd like to know how that works out for ya.
I'm conceding that I very likely will not be able to slaughter them. Steve is going to do that after having no real contact with them other than in passing. I would hope to be able to help clean them.
I'm ok with the concept of raising my own meat. As a matter of fact, my meat that I raise will have a better life than most meat animals. But after caring for them and them trusting me...I don't think it's too much to ask that someone else kill them.
Yeah, good choice. You raise 'em, he kills 'em.
