Looks like rain out east has some massive delays going. I expect to be stuck here in Chicago for 2 or 3 hours.
A look at a weather map tells me today is not a day I would want to be an airtraffic controller.
Private - on 145 acres bordering national forest (but still 5 minutes to town).
Big Screen TV - it's there with Direct TV and TIVO.
Plenty of space - 6BR / 7BA, 8400 Total Sq Ft
High Speed internet - they've got it!
Game room - even has a pool table. :P
Exercise room - for those who like that sort of thing.

For that one, there's a hugh price incentive to consider late June:
Jun 01-Jun 25 ..................$485.00/ night $2800/week (Sat-Sat stay)
Jun 26-Sep 05 ..................$695.00 night. $3900/week (Sat-Sat stay)

After some quick calcs, 15 people/families would have to chip in $232.00 apiece for 5 nights (Thurs - Mon).
Even less if more folks decide to moot!
Well, if late July is better for more HHers, I'll gladly pay an extra $32 to make it possible for them to be there, you know?
