When my Lab was a tiny pup (just 10-12 weeks old), if a bird hit the glass she would tenderly pick it up and bring it to me. She's still doing it - brought me one yesterday. Unfortunately this one was dead - sometimes when she brings them to me they're just stunned, and we can revive them.

I was napping on the couch last summer, with the door wide open, and I woke up to Gidget looking very intently at me, saying "Rmph!" "Rmph!". As it turns out, "Rmph!" "Rmph!" means "Wake up! Look! I just set a dead mouse on your chest!"

"Wake up! Look! I just set a dead mouse on your chest!"

LOL!!! What a way to wake up. I guess it's the thought that counts and not the actual gift. ;o) Gigit just wanted to give you something she herself would want.

Here's a new pic I took of Grace yesterday, so if you or ecurbh could put it on the Who's Who page instead of the one that's there, I'd appreciate it.

You don't have to put this one on the Who's Who, I just thought this was a nice close up of her. She's a sweetie...
