Every homosexual person likes to think everyone else is, but has just not discovered or admitted it.
Given that Hollywood probably has a higher percentage of homosexuals in it than, say, Abeline, TX, a great many people probably think Cruise is one too.
Just an observation...:)

My "Give a dang" on this is not busted, it was never even installed. I could not care less on the lives of Hollyweird losers.

A bruising for Cruise
Tina Fey and Amy Poehler, co-anchors of Weekend Update on Saturday Night Live, didn't pull any punches at the Robin Hood Foundation gala the other night, the New York Post reports. Fey, making fun of Tom Cruise over his recent Oprah appearance, high-fived and thrust her fist in the air, saying: "I love this woman! This woman is so hot! She's a woman!" She finished by slapping herself and saying, "Oh, my God, I'm so gay." Judging by the laughter, although Middle America might be buying Cruise's romance with Katie Holmes, the high rollers who raised $30 million for Robin Hood are more skeptical.

This is a complete publicity stunt (ala Rock Hudson's short-lived marriage to his agent's secretary) to obscure the fact that Tommy Boy is oriented "alternatively."
***Bingo, you win! I admit rubbernecking last week and watched Cruise on Oprah. The guy is such a fake and a real control freak. Everything is an act with this guy and I find it very disturbing that he's robbing the cradle, using svengali tactics to lure her into Scientology.

Ewww! I mean, she is a darling looking girl. But, I saw their pic together on one of those grocery store tabloids. She looks like she is his daughter, rather than his wife to be. Ewww!

I've tried to be non-jedgemental re: The Cruise ... but am unable to be so.
No matter what role he's playing, I still see the celeb, not the character.
He has what's called limited range.
Scientology is major BS ... and he's a major nummy for swallowing that malarkey, much less preaching and converting.

That's right, the great unwashed are so freakin stupid that they can't even figure this one out. Well, I for one am soooooooooo thankful that I have the likes of Tina Fey and the Robin Hood Foundation to let me in on the fact that this is a sham marriage.
Now if they could only call me while I get dressed to remind me underwear then pants, NOT the other way around, so I could avoid any more embarrassing incidents.

Everything is an act with this guy and I find it very disturbing that he's robbing the cradle, using svengali tactics to lure her into Scientology. Katie Holmes is not your ordinary twenty-something year old.
She knows exactly what she is doing, and exactly what she expects to get out of it.
Hey, it will be good for both their careers, and that's all that matters...
...to them.

All Hollywood weddings are publicity stunts.
All of them.

Thanks for the link, that was funny.
"Tom takes his religion very seriously,' said a producer who worked with Cruise on Mission: Impossible.
'It would not have been easy for him to see Nicole treat Scientology like just one more dish in a religious smorgasbord.' That is just what Kidman discovered when she was at a party with Cruise and Mel Gibson. The Australian actor began to tease Cruise about his religion.
'Tom lost his cool completely, ' said an actor who was present.
'Unfortunately, Mel couldn't stop laughing at his own joke and this made it worse.'

No matter what role he's playing, I still see the celeb, not the character. And that's the way to tell a good actor. You get lost in the movie. I cannot stand Johnny Depp, yet watched Finding Neverland and actually forgot he was Johnny Depp (I laugh when I read the last name, since I had a German boyfriend who used to call him Johnny Deep, since Depp in German means moron.)

For one, Steven Segal is VERY happy Cruise is around. Tiny Tom makes him look like a serious actor.

What you said about Seagal made me laugh ... I enjoyed a few of his early movies but gave up on him long ago ... he's a one-note act ... the non-violent Buddhist who beats the crap out of people while battling evil corporations and corrupt govts got a little old a little quick.
