You're on a bad statistical run. Mistakes are usually pretty well balanced, plus or minus.
In case of the gubmint, they fine you and can imprison you for your mistakes, they just send you money back that was yours if it was their mistake........bummer.....

I will try to get off the mountain next Tuesday...the pass has been closed a lot these past two weeks so it's a little iffy. Lots of high winds, 60 to 80 mph with higher gusts and blowing snow. Then on the following Monday, the 16th, I head north...can hardly wait.
The weather here on site has been miserable...hope it will be warm in the San Juans during the end of May.
