The nice thing about the very long threads is we don't have to be reminded so often by Nully that He's Number One.

    Good morning everyone.
Nice sunny day here, but cool. It's getting pretty and green tho. Spring is springing. ;)

Hey, hey! A new thread, awesome! Good morning everybody. Great Lakes area remains very chilly but at least the sun is out. Mr Prairie and I hope to get some golf in this weekend, weatherman saying perhaps into the 70's by then. We will see....

Dyan had the day off yesterday, so came down here to clean...(she didn't have to, the house was immaculate, guess it's us that make it dirty and dusty)... and made a big pot of chicken soup for all of us.

So we had a great party on arriving, from soup to..., kids, more kids, dogs,.....to nuts. We had a ball, and Grannie was baaaaaad and got right back into the swing of things. It's good to be around young people again, and be baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaad! lol

Had a great flight and had no trouble at the airports. The TSA agent in FL was wonderful. Kept us all laughing and talking, gave explicit directions, which we all followed and went right through.

It's nice to be home...and I love my bed..lol. Slept like the Angel I'm not. ;)

"I wonder what the excuse will be for not paying us tomorrow?" Oh, this won't do at all!. You have responsibilities. I mean, think of poor Catpuppy and those long, arduous days he is forced to endure doing those tedious inspections walking on the beach in that brutal sun. He can't be concerning his fragile self with late support checks. He requires a LOT of sunscreen! Have you priced that stuff lately? Now, I think you need to get right to work and get your boss set straight about his priorities.

Still chilly here too. We've had a stretch of cool weather. Funny thing is, we've got these German students here for a few weeks who can't believe how warm it is. I had the heat on last night!

My furnace is running like top. Don't want to see the gas bill that's coming.

I can believe it about it seeming warm to the Germans. I traveled Europe in April in the 70's and nearly froze. I was a youngster, did the backpack routine and my trusty sleeping bag saved me on multiple occasions. Those people don't believe in heat!

Greenery means pollen, pollen means allergies, allergies means more sneezing.
I just got done sneezing my brains out over the weekend and week beginning.

The nice thing about the very long threads is we don't have to be reminded so often by Nully that He's Number One. That's OK, as long as you never forget it...

What more can you ask than to come home to a clean house and a cooked meal. Your daughter is a jewel. Now you can get busy and put out your tomato plants.
