AMERICA - The Right Way!! (Day 1537) [Remember the Trade Center!!]
Various News Sources and FReepers | April 6, 2005 | All of Us

Posted on 04/06/2005 4:27:19 AM PDT by Chairman_December_19th_Society

We will not tire, we will not falter, and we will not fail!

Good morning!!

Do not let the victims of the attacks on New York and Washington, nor the brave members of our Nation's military who have given their lives to protect our freedom, die in vain!!

Prince Ranier of Monoco is dead.

PM Blair asked the Queen to dissolve Parliament, which request was granted, setting the stage for general elections in Britain on May 5, 2005 (05/05/05).

If you're an American and you want to travel to Canada or Mexico after January 1, 2008, you'll need a passport under new rules called for in legislation passed by Congress (it was tucked into the Intelligence Bill).

Britain is complaining bitterly about new travel requirements set forth by the United States that will require travelers entering this country to have biometric passports or, in lieu of that, a visa from the United States granting entry. Only a small number of countries - England is not among them - will be ready by the October 26 deadline. In reality, however, they have little to complain about as the requirement has a grandfather clause: it only applies to passports granted after October 26, those issued before then will still be used according to current rules (no visa for Britain).

The Carter Center claimed President Bush passed over Jimmah in selecting the folks who would be part of the formal entourage to the Pope's funeral on Friday.

And, apparently, God is in tune with the Pope's passing; the sky's will darken across a large portion of the western hemisphere as a partial solar eclipse occurs on Friday, the day of the Pope's burial.

For AMERICA - The Right Way, I remain yours in the Cause, the Chairman.

Peach Schnapps might help. ;>)

Hope you can figure out a way to get some relief soon. I know it's real agony, because I've been there.

Hugs

It's beautiful here too. 78 and low humidity. Just came in from watering my garden. We have several little green tomatoes on the cherry tomato plants. Nita, I'm so sorry to hear about your back troubles. Take care.

The plus of having a early growing season. I won't even think about planting tomatoes until the end of May.

How many plants do you have?

Took the day off originally to take girlchild to the Dr's.

But when my back gave out, I let her b/F take the car to take her.

We have to go see the endocrinologist. (trying to get her in to see the one Mom goes to).

She might have diabetes which is what i was afraid of.

Two of her cousins have it and I hear tell hereditary diseases skip a generation.

I don't have any crocus bulbs. But my hiacynth are blooming on the East side of the house.

Today I saw forsythia blooming and the tops of the Magnolia trees are blooming on the Eastsides of buildings.

I am anxious to get home to see what my Magnolia tree is doing. Some of the buds were cracked and showing pink last Sunday afernoon.

Today has been a fairly good day. Thanks for the enquiry.

I'm sorry about your back. Try to keep your feet propped as much as possible. I'm also sorry about your daughter. I truly hope the endocrinologist comes back with a different diagnosis. Diabetes is so insidious.

It is so wonderful to see the promise of blooms just around the corner. I hope that magnolia bursts into bloom soon. Those trees take my breath away.
