Sure hope that those good people don't have to deal with this sort of stuff. I don't imagine that the narcoterroristas would have any hesitation to assault the weakest and oldest of the participants.
That said, folks keep talking about these Minutemen being "armed" -- the heaviest artillery I've seen in photos is what appears to be a 1911 on an older gentleman's hip.
Better than nothing, but not exactly "armed" if you're trying to fend off a mixed group of Federales and Sinaloa Cowboys.

Nah, I'd rather the illegal immigrants be safely transported back across the border, not raped and pillaged by 3rd world UN peacekeepers.

What has happened is they went to the border and it has embarrassed the border patrol, this is why they say 'will arrest them, they are setting off motion detectors, doing this, doing that'.
It is time to contact your 'elected official' in Washington and flat out tell them that because they are not doing anything about the illegals pouring in this country that you will find it impossible to vote for them in the next election. We got troubles with the illegals and something has to be done, and fast.

Then it is time to put the pressure on them to do something.

What would they charge them with, Defending private property from trespassers? (they are setting off motion detectors, ) If the Border Patrol was doing their job, they'd be setting off motion detectors too. I think the charging the line staments just a lot of hype, think I'll wait for the rest of the story.

There's some serious hardware available if they need it, but nobody seems to be posturing by waving it around until they do.

Another shot heard around the world? Most like from a sniper across the border wearing a mexican uniform.

alot of people are complaining about the Citizens of this country being armed, but very little is said about the 'illegal aliens' being armed with assault rifles ...
Citizens of this country have a right to 'bear arms' -- illegal aliens do not

I agree with you. The post I responded to had to do with the Minuteman Project and the Mexican soldiers across the border.

Legs,
Did you notice the dates on this thread? The one of mine Mamie2010 was replying to was over two weeks ago! So I didn't really kill the thread on this one, but I have been known to be a thread killer.
