There will be a wrongful death lawsuit filed...it will be the next "scott/laci" court-tv drama played out in real life. And it will be very ugly - and get into everything you say won't be looked at, and more...

As with all cases of tyranny, there is some solace in the fact that:
Vengeance is mine, sayeth the Lord.
And you have to believe that a premeditated starvation murder of an innocent disabled woman is a crime that screams to heaven for vengeance....

There will be a wrongful death lawsuit filed... No, probably not. Generally, only the decedent's heirs or next-of-kin have standing to sue for wrongful death. Terri Schiavo's next-of-kin is her husband, and who's he going to sue?

it sounded good. :D It's Bush's fault seems to work everywhere. Lately unfortunately, fellow freepers have been on the receiving end. Hope they haven't forgotten what side their are on.

When the Schindler lawyer presented the latest about Terri trying to say she wants to live (which she said LAST Friday - a whole week ago!), Greer (or was it Whittemore?) asks why wasn't it presented before now. The Schindler lawyer's response was that they were too busy! Felos then jumped right in and said he wanted this dismissed.

No there won't. Greer will preemptively prohibit it, and the ruling will be upheld by every court in the state. Just like every other ruling made in this case.
