Based on the courtroom soundbite I heard on the radio today, I have to agree with you.

When the Schindler lawyer presented the latest about Terri trying to say she wants to live (which she said LAST Friday - a whole week ago!), Greer (or was it Whittemore?) asks why wasn't it presented before now. The Schindler lawyer's response was that they were too busy! Felos then jumped right in and said he wanted this dismissed.

Also, quite frankly, I think Terri's folks need a new team of lawyers.

I was reading the Not Dead Yet site, which is a left-leaning disability rights group. They brought up that Terri's being deprived of food and water is a violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act. I think it's a pretty good argument. After all, we wouldn't starve somebody to death in, say, prison, would we? She is only being deprived of food and water because she's disabled. I wish Terri's lawyers had used that argument.

They need to have a change of venue, which those corrupt scumbags in Florida will not allow. We need to overhaul the justice system and get this stopped.
