There will be a wrongful death lawsuit filed... No, probably not. Generally, only the decedent's heirs or next-of-kin have standing to sue for wrongful death. Terri Schiavo's next-of-kin is her husband, and who's he going to sue?

No there won't. Greer will preemptively prohibit it, and the ruling will be upheld by every court in the state. Just like every other ruling made in this case.
