Actually, it was a Clinton appointee that sided with the Schindlers in Atlanta and a Bush 41 appointee that voted against her.

This is from a columnist with the OC Register. I have not confirmed every appointees background personally.,, but there are enough to certainly raise question as to what a legacy can do to a country and an unconvicted citizen with a death sentence imposed without due process or representation, imo.

Are you sure? I thought Rush said the Clinton appointees voted against it.
