While reading the latest updates on the case, I remembered that there are still these congressional hearings to be done next week.
If Terri was still alive Monday, could she be taken out of Judge Greer's jurisdiction by federal authorities to comply with the congressional order to testify? Maybe some of the more astute legal minds here could take this question on

Obviously I have no control over the LKL content and can only rely on what is there in print. If that is wrong, I suggest you go yell and scream to CNN/the LKL people who published the transcript.
You've added 3 additional words to a 2 sentence (19 word) comment. That's almost a 16% change to HINO's statement.
I'd be open to considering your claim if the context lent itself to a reasonable inference that HINO is referring to Terri's parents' views. It's not clear enough. You claim there are three serious mistakes in the transcription.
1. It is simply not possible that the two words "THEY HAVE" can have been incorrectly transcribed for the single word "I've".
2. It is simply not possible that the two words "Terri's parents" can have been incorrectly transcribed for the single word "We" twice in the same sentence.
I'm not obliged to accept on faith that your substantial transcript modifications are accurate.

Show me that he's a killer.
What happened with his parents does not make him a murderer as some are suggesting.
What I want someone to show me is PROOF that he abused Terri, that he tried to kill her with insulin injections, and that there is some mass conspiracy to kill this woman.
Proof. Not he said/she said. Court statements don't count, if there was PROOF, there would have been and investigation long ago.
Or would you rather have me believe that every court that has reviewed this case is corrupt? And all the doctors who have said that she is PVS? Or that keeping her alive artificially is "God's will?"

Stating that he killed his parents is not the same as saying he had their life support removed. There are many people, probably even here at FR, who have had to make the same decision. That does not make them killers.

I never said he abused Terri (prior to his current efforts to kill his wife.)
As to all of the other proof: you wouldn't believe it if it snuck up and bit you. Testimony is part of the proving process. So you don't believe a judge is able to believe lies? This is the judge who appointed an "independent" doctor who happens to have made plenty of public statements publicly that he supports euthanasia - that hardly makes him independent.
All the doctors did not say she has PVS
