Ok fair enough, you little ol' NAME DROPPER you!.
Puh-leaze. You think I came down in the last Irish shower?
Have to say toots, your 'know-it-all-I'm-the-man-with-my-finger-on-the-pulse' is about as old as the people who told George Michael he'd have a soaring career after he was caught dogging in a mens toilet.

Thanks!
I haven't even gotten into my list, they aren't worth it though. But at least some are good conservatives.
Round 2:
Bo: B (Does Great job on song, but it's not a challange)
Carrie: B- (Should have shined on Martina song but I heard a lot of pitchy notes. Not usual for Carrie.)
Bo has a slight edge so far.
Tony, I call a tie! They were both so good tonight.
Ryan said that last week Bo and Carrie were only 2% apart in the votes. It should even out this week.
Whatever happens, they are both winners.
"Whatever happens, they are both winners."
I'm with you there!!
I'm watching the final 2 songs now. I'll give my final score in a few mins.
OK...I've seen the whole show...
Here's my final scorecard:
Song 1
Bo: B
Carrie: B
Song 2
Bo: B
Carrie: B -
Song 3:
Bo: B+
Carrie: A
Final:
Bo: B+
Carrie: B+
Geez...I hate to sound like a moderate, but I'd say too close to call!
Simon says: Carrie....let's wait and see! Tomorrow should be good! (But bring your ear plugs for Makayla.)
If I were Clive Davis (Or Simon), I'd snag then both to record a duo. That would sell HUGE!
BTW, I saw your comment about hoping Bo will win. Me to. I like both Carrie and Bo, but I actually think Carrie's career will be better off in the long run if she loses. She won't have the same pressure on her as it would be if she won. She can develop her career more carefully, and I think she needs that.
Well...I gotta get caught up around here on other things, plus try to get a few votes in!
See you tomorrow!
I think you're right about Carrie. She was so nervous tonight, I don't know how she would handle the pressures of being the next Idol. But whoever wins, I won't complain. Both Carrie and Bo have shown great deal of class and grace through this whole competition and I wish them the best.
Good idea! A Carrie & Fedorov duet would probably sell like hotcakes too.
Great jobs on this AI thread and the 24 one! See you tomorrow night!
I'm turning out the lights, too. See everyone tomorrow!
Carrie was terribly nervous, and that kind of stress tightens the vocal cords. But who can blame her for being a nervous wreck, in that humongous theater, with those hordes of people, and down to the wire in the contest?
She did very well, nevertheless. Part of her charm is her freshness and innocence facing a new situation like that.
Reminds me of the last scene in "Gypsy" (the stage version) where Gypsy Rose Lee finally overcomes her shyness to WOW the audience. That moment will come soon for Carrie. (But she'll keep her clothes on...hopefully.)
Bo has years of stage experience, so, in that sense, he was not doing anything new tonight.
I believe they should put the required age back to 26 or under next season, in the interests of fairness.
P.S. Do you think we'll get the thread up to 10,000 posts tomorrow night?
Just saw Lindsay Cardinale in the background audience.
HOTTIE!!!!!!
I want to see what you think of the last songs.......keep posting!
I just watched the west coast feed & even though I have like Bo better throughout the competition....I think Carrie won 2 rounds out of three tonight. Bo is a more compelling performer, but Carrie has a better voice. I have decided not to vote tonight.
