Here we go. Responding to rumors about Paula and another contestant. Executive producer says it's all crap, they've been though before. Corey is looking for a book deal and pushing his affair. Anwar says everything was good for him and never saw anything like that. Paula got probation this year for drunk driving. All and all very boring stuff.
"Actually, she's not bad but the rest of the cast is horrible."
Yeah, that was my conclusion tonight, and I think we've watched all three of them so far.
PS Hubby said "bad writers" I think he may be right. The fat brother isn't too too bad either.
Then they have the little boy that found the mother and sister dead.
And the trial finally started for the man that killed his ex wife because he was tired of paying child support.
Maybe you guys had more mayhem though!
Here ya go :)
Sounds like a whole lotta nothing. That Corey Clark is a real sleazeball, trying to ruin lives and reputations just to hock a "book".
Let's see. Tonight we had the serial arsonist, the guy who held his kid hostage for two days before being shot by the police, the scare at the White House, the downing of the helicopter at Quantico. Sounds like you win tonight though with the man who killed his ex-wife and the little boy that found his mother and sister dead. Isn't life great?
Probably right about Clark - but I have long thought Abdul is a boozehound and not long for the show.
I agree with you. Paula is a nutbag but I don't believe a word of what he has to say. Sounds like sour grapes to me.
Please explain Fack to me, as I feel as though I'm not "in the know"...and my alpha personality can't take that.
I'll see your arsonist and raise you two toddlers found in a shallow pond. Man, the local news is depressing!
It's one of the reason I rarely watch the news. I find out all I need to know with the top and the bottom of the hour news when I'm listening to the radio during the day. To depressing.
My prediction might have been wrong, but if it ends the eyesmirk, I eat my crow with salt and a shot of Cuervo Gold.
OTOH, this is no longer a singing competition. Vonzie and Scottie both stunk up the joint. Bronzed Diaper was quite good singing his chick flick song. Lt. Dan wasn't bad, he just wasn't good. But he didn't miss his notes.
But it KILLS me that I missed Paula crying for "her guy." I am in a hotel room so TIVO ain't happenin' :(( That must have been wilder than wild.
Anyone know if this is syndicated like FNBC (IIRC) does "The Apprentice?"
Thanks for the summary. Before I read the thread I thought it was a joke about Connie. But truth is stranger than fiction.
Next week -- same bat time, same bat channel (me in a different bat Texas city)
Who the Fack is Cory Clark?
I found this on Google News:
Constantine Maroulis' band Pray for the Soul of Betty has signed a record deal with independent label Koch records. If that record label sounds familiar, it might be because it's the same label that signed American Idol reject William Hung. The Pray for the Soul of Betty website says that the self-titled CD will be released in record stores on May 10, 2005.
The news recently really su**s. And here's another depressing story for you all. At Bible study tonight, our group leader told us that one of our congregation, a man in his mid-forties, had a heart attack and died today while mowing his lawn. Mowing his lawn! He just keeled over and died.
Given the absolute crap that passes for music now a days ... I wouldn't be surprised
Sheeeeesh, that doesn't sound promising, does it? :)
