I'm hoping it's just because he's trying to help her out by letting her know what will help her get to the top. With Simon one can never be sure. It's seems like every season he focuses on somebody's clothes. Why he hasn't told Lt. Dan to take a shower and comb his hair is beyond me though.

Me too, but I hope Scottie goes before Anthony. I think Anthony has a much better voice.

Scottie the wannabe just mimics songs. Plus his personality stinks. Plus his ego is huge. Can't imagine how he'd be if (shudder) he ever won. He'd be another Rueben-type diva, eating doughnuts as he traveled in his mobile home.

I don't know if I agree with your summary this time--well, not ALL of it. You're right about Carrie being out of her element, but she did her best, I thought.

Yep. He sure doesn't say anything about anyone else's appearance. How about Scottie's looks, or his sorry sunglasses routine. How about Bo's hair flying all over (gross) Why pick on Carrie? I thought she looked very appropriate for the song she sang. Donna Summer style hair and an over the top disco dress.

If you reread your post it sounds like "you want to see him live" as opposed to "you want to see him die." I know you want to see him in person
