Why y'all dogging on my girl Nadia?

I like Nadia. She's a rocker. A lot of people don't like female rockers. Most of them are lame, but she is quite good.

And did you hear Paula call Randy "Jackson"?

Yes I did! Even Simon doesn't call Randy "Jackson". It was like Paula had a brain freeze, couldn't think of "Randy", and just went with his last name instead. She's starting to worry me.

When they come out with the group CD, I think I'll buy it. With a CD, one can fast forward past Mikaela.

I don't agree, but then again my musical ear could probably use a tune up. Music has never been really important to me.

I think Carrie sounds good. The country sound is nice.

Mikala getting voted out was only a notch below Kerry getting the thumbs down :)

Are you serious? Oh NO!!!

Maybe I'll mute the sound when she's on. I'm getting the shivers just thinking about it.

The girl you're thinking of was Julia Demato.

That's her! Thank you--it drives me nuts when I can't remember a name. And she was most definately a hottie :) Couldn't sing worth a damn, but she was hot.

I seriously suspect Abdul has some substance issues. Her on-screen behavior and the hit-and-run incident are strong indicators.

I play trumpet and, more importantly, French Horn.

Brass Players have to develop their ears so they can keep their tone in tune. This is really difficult with a French Horn, since the valves have minimum influence on the sound.

Your lips do all the work and your ears are the feedback.

Fox commercials this week are touting the return of Fantasia to American Idol next week. Maybe you should take some Pepto Bismol before 8 PM?

Oh yeah, she was a pretty girl but not as strong a singer. That was by far my favorite season though. I enjoyed most of the performers. This season has some good singers but there is not one I would really miss if voted off. Except for Carrie. My grandmother's favorite saying was pretty is as pretty does. Carrie is a very pretty girl and I think she exudes a sweet spirit. I am hoping she wins.

I suppose Mikaela will return to high school and resume living a "normal" life, after all this celebrity.

To: EmilyGeiger; mupcat

The cucumber one is sliced cucumbers and thinly sliced onions that have been marinated in vinegar.

The British use white bread according to snugs, with butter on the bread.

Mupcat uses white bread also.

I was going to use a heavy wheat bread but mupcat convinced me to try it with white. It's really good.

I'm glad I tried it the traditional way, but I still have some cucumbers left, so wheat bread is next!

This morning two talk show hosts in Alabama were talking about her and were wondering if she could be on oxycontin. Earlier in the season she was complaining with back pain due to her dancing in her singing videos. She was out for one of the shows due to the pain. I hope she'll be alright. She seems like a really nice person.

Then I definitely defer to your musical judgment!

But I still like her. :-)
