OK when I can talk about my In-Laws, that will kill this thread.
It involves my Sister-in-law, her kids, and going to FLA.
She doesn't want to leave her new boyfriend to take her kids down there during Easter, however my wife and I "HAVE TO"!!, and spend money we should on property taxes!!

Oregon is red except for Portland, Eugene, and Corvalis where the universities are located. Unfortunately, there are enough liberal people in the liberal cities to out vote the rest of the state. Southwest Florida is great. It is so Republican that the only races are in the primaries.

However, my Mom was a Dem, so she can still vote.
