Afternoon. Takin' a break. This here's what I've done since 8:30 a.m.

1. Took Jr. to the doctor. He's gone and got hisself an infected ingrowed toenail. Didn't help that a "buddy" stomped on it last week. I offered tuh take care of it. So we went to the doctor.
2. Took Jr. over to the youth pastor's house to work for the day. Youth pastor said they started talkin' about somethin' Wednesday and he wanted to follow up.
3. Went to 2 1/2 "yard" sales at businesses. 1) rental place, got an easel and a card table, 2) party rental place, got nothin' and drove by a janitorial service place, but didn't stop 'cause it didn't look like I'd want to hire them before they was goin' out of business. Also stopped by the Sheraton furniture sale. Didn't buy nothin'.
4. Walmart run.
5. Haircut.
6. Picked up bread at Panera.
7. Dollar Store for candles for the fireplace.
8. Got Jr's prescription.
9. Came home and put out the new suet feeder for thuh birds. Did some minor yard work.

And now I'm here with you fine people.

Hi Corin! You've been busy! I've been to the bank, then to Aldis, made brownies for the boys 'cause they got a compliment on their behavior both at the post office and at the tag agency.

Just checkin' in. We're out working on the Bug. I found a toy soldier and a Terminator doll that looks like Ah-nold but it's face flips open to show a cyborg. I tucked it away...think I'll pull it out and give it to Joshua on the maiden cruise.

Which is so obviously a long long time away. He he.

heh...

went tuh thehunterneighbor's cabin... put in insulation, concrete board and metal reflectors behind the wood stove... built a hearth... drug out trees and brush around the cabin, cleared a trail, and helped them put in some seed...

pulled a flat tire off'n the tractor (that went flat draggin' brush fer thehunterneighbors, valve stem got torn), pulled a slow leakin' tire off'n thetrailer, loaded them in thetruck...

assembled a new bike fer theboy, which he won at the local grocery store... he needed a newbike... he'd outgrown his old bike... God is good...

did all that with a sprained wrist... when yuh only one that werks, itsuh real pain inthe@$$...

next on the agenda, shower, and veggin' frontuh the tube with a strong dose uh likker...

hopefully get tuh the Gun Show tuhmorrow...
