He "did a lot of LDS in the 60s", no?

Hah, I feel much better about the impending Assignment of Doom - got my grade on the last one and I got full credit where I thought I should be docked at least 5-10% for sheer ugliness of my code.

I didn't participate in any of the HST threads. I read some of them, but didn't post. I for one was a little surprised by it. I would've had him figgered to be too ornery to kill himself. But I guess not.

Yah, his family is freaky... but that fits. He was a freak among freaks, and lucky for him was articulate enough to make a fortune at it.

A classic movie. Ranks right up there with Casablanca.

I'm gonna get kilt for that, aren't I?

The lobby floor was a great blood-soaked sponge. Over in the corner an iguana was gnawing on a woman's neck... golf shoes, I thought. We're gonna need golf shoes to get out of here alive.

It's neat too, waking up to that smell. I just set all the ingredients in the bread machine and it automatically started baking at about 2:40 this morning. Steve gets up at 5: 30am so it was finished baking just shortly after he got up (takes three hours start to finish).

I'm fixin' to make my neighbor a loaf of the raisin/sunflower seed bread. She's a great neighbor...the one across the street from the oil slick.

We help each other a lot...if I see a bargain, I get it for her and if she's got a bunch of food she doesn't want (her dad is a grocer and gives her a bunch of stuff pretty frequently), I'm the first person she comes to. I'm talking hugh turkeys, fresh fruit! She loves fresh baked bread and I make her a loaf about once a week. I've even pulled up while she was standing outside and handed her a gallon of milk, just because I found it on sale especially cheap.

She's a good neighbor...we watch out for each other!

Heh...I just made Matthew a hotdog. The wiener split open on the end in the microwave and looked like a great big mouth open. I showed it to Matthew and said "You know what this hotdog is saying?" He started to chuckle and said "What?" I said "He's saying 'I'M H-AAHHH-T!"

Got a pretty big laugh outa that one. Heh heh!!
