Tomorrow we may come this way...

New verse:

Upon the hearth the fire is red,
Beneath the roof there is a bed;

Still round the corner we may meet
A sudden tree or standing stone
That none have seen but we alone.
Tree and flower and leaf and grass,
Let them pass! Let them pass!
Hill and water under sky,

Still round the corner there may wait
A new road or a secret gate,
And though we pass them by today,
Tomorrow we may come this way
And take the hidden paths that run
Towards the Moon or to the Sun.
Apple, thorn, and nut and sloe,

Sand and stone and pool and dell,
Fare you well! Fare you well!

Home is behind, the world ahead,
And there are many paths to tread
Through shadows to the edge of night,
Until the stars are all alight.
Then world behind and home ahead,
We’ll wander back to home and bed.
Mist and twilight, cloud and shade,
Away shall fade! Away shall fade!
Fire and lamp, and meat and bread,
And then to bed! And then to bed!

Well, it's not bronchitis...yet.

Bothers me that he doesn't seem concerned that this is the third time this year and that I've never completely recovered each time. I may need a new Mr. Doctor.

But, he gave me drugs. With any luck, I'll be able to breathe tonite.

I'm going to try to nap.

Sigh... I finally have my W2s. Was going to work on the forms this afternoon, only to discover I need to do research to figure out if I can claim any sorts of credits for school... or if I have to count my tuition credit as income...

No, I have another appointment in two weeks where I can hopefully persuade the real doctor to make an exception for me - the nurse practitioners can't.

Hey girl! Sorry you're feeling poorly, but I'm glad you could drop in today! I'm just catching up, then I gotta go make three pizzas for Clare's birthday party; she's 17 today! Also have to make some more icing for her cake cause she, Joseph and SSQ ate most of what I'd put aside for the cake. SSQ doesn't like cake much, but he sure likes the icing!

Hope you can drop in some more, but not because you're sick.
