Welcome to The Hobbit Hole!
Tomorrow we may come this way...
New verse:
Upon the hearth the fire is red, Beneath the roof there is a bed; But not yet weary are our feet, Still round the corner we may meet A sudden tree or standing stone That none have seen but we alone. Tree and flower and leaf and grass, Let them pass! Let them pass! Hill and water under sky, Pass them by! Pass them by! |
|
|
Still round the corner there may wait A new road or a secret gate, And though we pass them by today, Tomorrow we may come this way And take the hidden paths that run Towards the Moon or to the Sun. Apple, thorn, and nut and sloe, Let them go! Let them go! Sand and stone and pool and dell, Fare you well! Fare you well! |
|
Home is behind, the world ahead, And there are many paths to tread Through shadows to the edge of night, Until the stars are all alight. Then world behind and home ahead, Well wander back to home and bed. Mist and twilight, cloud and shade, Away shall fade! Away shall fade! Fire and lamp, and meat and bread, And then to bed! And then to bed! |

They're talking about sending in the Rangers on
this hilarious thread. You gotta read the 'Diary'.

We kinda liked it. It was totally implausible, but entertaining. That kinda thing. If you can ignore logic for a coupla hours...it was a fun movie.

There's one leaning against the front, yep.
Looks vey odd...but the ground is frozen, so can't stick it in, and there isn't enough snow to hold it up.
It looks HUGH against my little house. Odd. I guess it's because I don't usually see 'em RIGHT against the house, especially not my own little place.
The real estate lady has the keys now, too. So...that's done. The ad will go up on their website tomorrow morning. We'll see how things go after that!

Just got in. After the kids finished school I went and got Celeste's kids and took them to the burger place down the street...it has an indoor playground. They had a blast, went very smooth and gave Celeste another little break...she's still feeling poorly.

Just put a casserole in the oven. Hope it turns out OK! It was another let's-see-what-I-gots-in-the-cabinets kinda meal. Ground beef, tomato sauce, olives, mushrooms (I know, I know), pepper, onion, and lotsa cheese. Smells good, in any case.
