Jack's Back
Maybe while Jack's in Mexico hiding and doing all the jobs Mexicans wouldn't do, maybe he will have been looking up Mia to assassinate her.
Most assuredly she would never think of appearing with Jack around, now that Jack is no more to the world, I would think Mia could pop up, I think you have a good point.
Maybe as President Logan is getting Chinese bribes and completing his sex reassignment surgery Mia will re-appear?
Metro!
So since this season began 18 months after the last season, will the next season take place 3 years later, and have Palmer running for President again maybe?
Dennis Hasbert is committed to a CBS midseason replacement show for next year. So I wouldn't expect to see President Palmer next season, certainly not in any major role.
I also think we will see the female terrorist who received the presidential pardon back as a villain.
Since she was in every season except 3, I think that's a good bet.

Probably around Thanksgiving, just in time for Christmas, Hanukkah and the new season of 24 :-D
Charlie Rose interviewed the cast of 24 (Jack, Audrey, Marwan & Tony) on Friday night. Keifer Sutherland hinted that next season they would break that 18 month/3 year cycle, saying that "Day 5" might take place just a few months from "Day 4" or maybe even pick up where "Day 4" ended.
Thanks for taking the time with a helpful answer. : )
Does anyone know when 24 will start rerund for season 4?
Fox has never rerun the series. Occasionally the cable channel fx has run the series in a one-day marathon, usually on a holiday and/or in conjunction with the DVD release.

Thanks SD
could you fill me in on hte "flatliners" reference. I did not notice it in the show last night and I do not know what it has to do wiht Kiefer S. I would appreciate it.
Haven't seen 'FLATLINERS' in years so you might get a better explanation from our fellow '24' posters...but...there were a couple of scenes in '24' with Kiefer/Jack that reminded a lot of people of how some of his scenes in 'FLATLINERS' looked...it was a visual thing and had nothing to do with Jack's character or with '24' itself.

Isn't the Flatliners reference in the final episode simply Jack "dying" and then coming back to life. That was the premise of Flatliners. Maybe next season on 24, Jack will be haunted by his past sins like he was in Flatliners.
I also think we will see the female terrorist who received the presidential pardon back as a villain.
Since she was in every season except 3, I think that's a good bet.

She may be back as a villian, but I don't know if she'd be able to have a bigger role. The actress plays a main character in another show - one that I'm fairly certain most people on here don't watch.
I don't know if Showtime is like HBO, but there tend to be long breaks between new series on HBO. Didn't the Sopranos take like 18 months between seasons?
The point being that an actress could very well schedule being in both a newtwork show and a Showtime series.

Definitely a possibility. I just assumed, while watching this season, that they reason she was only in the last couple of episodes was because she was busy with her other show.
I'd love to see her back. She's a bad ass villian - the evil version of Jack.
Isn't that guy a great actor though (Logan)...he really makes you loathe him.
(okay, I know it's two days later, but my computer was out for 2 days)
At least you're in pretty country.
What happened to Behrooze and when the heck did that mother ever discover baby girl is missing?
I need some loose ends tied up!
If she can't deal with it, jonny, she's just not the right girl for you!
That's two times Jack was lucky: Julia and Audrey.
Behrooz was traded to Marwan's people for Jack. We can only assume they killed him for betraying the cause.
What baby girl are you talking about?
