Politically incorrect comic, Chris Warren, owner of the Brickwall Comedy Club in Spokane, Washington was visited by two Special Agents from the Spokane office of the United States Secret Service today about a joke Chris told at his comedy club a few weeks ago. Chris, one of only a few politically conservative comedians in the country, told a joke about Hillary Clinton, which evidently crossed the line with a local Doctor who was attending a show at the comedy club.

I'm sure the atmosphere was a lot different than anonymous posts here, and I do enjoy sarcastic, dry, and dark humor. I don't think that comedians should have any topics that are verboten. BUT (and everything before but is B.S.) in this day and age, the comic should maybe have selected a different target? One has to know what the repercussions are to throwing verbal barbs in their direction. Everyone is feigning too much sensitivity.

Okay, if -- and that's a big if -- that editorial is accurate, he did cross the line.

His joke WAS on the edge, I will admit, but again, this was a comedy club. He also warned the audience as he always does. If you would have listened to the set up, reaction and the punch line, you would find the editorial was overblown, though the joke is on the edge.
The joke about the victim marrying her rapist is a true story which can be found on the internet. Chris' joke was not to make light of rape, it was to point out the hypocrisy of thier nuptuals.
Just like the intent of the use of the "R" and "A" words in the Hillary joke was not to condone either, but to point out the suspected coldness of Hillary's heart as joked about by many.

"wishing any person to be raped and put to death is just wrong"
I completely agree...but I don't recall anyone ever caring about that one article I read where the author called for President Bush to be killed and his daughters raped.
But I guess that's different. It's ok to rape and murder Christian conservative types. [/sarcasm]

All of the people who are outraged need to read our constitution. Anyone should be able to say anything they want in this country. If the doctor in this case was so offended all she had to do was get up and leave. Further, the post pointing out the actual comedic intention of the jokes makes an excellent point in that he wasn't condoning rape and murder, but using satire and such. It was a joke, lighten up.

not to mention the number of women who support abortion. That's mutilation to an unborn child and a womans' genitalia.... I've heard that some women, after an abortion, can't even have children. Because the doctor scarred them.
No one thinks that is funny, but they support it too.

OK I am going to say it.....and I guess threaten Billary. I am going to sneak in and take down all the pictures of Zena, The Warrior Princess, that Hillary has put up in all the mirrors so she can make believe she looks like her. And I shall replace them with picture of Helen Thomas

How did the Secret Service respond to that guy who put up the picture of GW with the words "Sniper Wanted?" Or the picture of Newt Gingrich, back in the 90's, with crosshairs on his face?
And BTW, whatever happened to that moslem SS officer who was traveling to Crawford on a commercial jet with his service sidearm on board? Right after 9/11? Without the proper paperwork? He disappeared down the memory hole!
