Gonna time your response.
From your recent times, I'll guess somewhere between an hour and an hour and a half.

We thought I'd have to get a broadband connection in the event the puter was online when I needed help...
Don't have to..the device disconnects the puter when the panic button is pushed...
Was some confusion at first as I have a redialer that redials if the connection is broken...Had to go in and change some stuff on the puter...Oh, the fun of getting old..LOL

Did you flex before you started to get up like rotate the ankles and flex the toes?
Are you wearing socks that cut off circulation?
I have a friend who had high blood pressure and he took the Omega 3 and now his blodd pressure is down!
Look for a high quality Essential Omega 3

The Payoffs of High-dose Fish Oil
http://www.zonelabsinc.com/servlet/coresysconfig.ZoneLabsComController
What can you expect when you begin taking high-dose fish oil if you're relatively healthy and have no chronic illnesses like heart disease or Alzheimer's disease? You will notice that your mental abilities are enhanced and that your emotional state is on a more even keel. Taking significant doses of long-chain Omega-3 fatty acids increase your body's production of the two neurotransmitters (dopamine and serotonin). Dopamine spurs you to action allowing enhanced concentration by your brain. It allows you to concentrate on the task at hand and organize yourself more efficiently. Serotonin is your morality or "feel good" hormone that gives you a sense of well being and allows you to handle stress more easily. When you have depleted amounts of these neurotransmitters, you're at greater risk of developing attention deficit disorder (low dopamine) or depression (low serotonin).
Within 30 days of taking 1 to 2 teaspoons (or 4 to 8 capsules) of pharmaceutical-grade fish oil and following the rest of Dr. Sears' dietary recommendations, you can expect to find yourself thinking more clearly with a greater sense of concentration, due to increased dopamine production. In addition, your ability to handle stress will be greatly increased, due to increased serotonin production. Finally, you will see improvement of your physical capacity for exercise, especially in terms of greater endurance, due to better blood flow. Most important, however, you are keeping yourself in the Zone, ensuring you have a longer and better life. But what if you have a chronic disease or neurological disorder?

I wake up through the night with a percing pain in my knee like a tooth ach so I get many times like 4/4:30 AM because it won't stop!
I been going to rehab and told the instuctor that some of exercise is creating more problems than helping!
Before I would only get great pain when walking or standing, very seldom setting, now it interfers with quite time!

Since he hasn't been criminally prosecuted, even though his name is on the central registry in 3 states, he has never been required to register as a sex offender. Why they hell hasn't he been prosecuted????

I think you need a Aerobed Ultimate - - AeroBed® Ultimate takes the world-famous AeroBed Extra Bed in a minute to a whole new level of everyday comfort with a 9" thick mattress, luxury quilted Jacquard mattress ticking cover, and hand-held unit to control firmness. The Ultimate combines everyday comfort with extra bed convenience. LOL!

Westy, perhaps you should consider an "indoor scooter" to have at hand when your legs give out.
I spent six weeks a summer ago transferring myself, with my little arms, from my wheel chair to the potty, chair and bed. I had a pulled groin muscle and the pain was almost unbearable.
I saw those ads for the indoor scooters and I wanted one so bad, but, of course it was not an option for me at the time.
