Hey....freepmail me when you can.
LOLLL...........:)
A couple of smart alecks, eh?
LOL...I remember one earthquake I was in (while asleep)....I was dreaming that the noise I heard (the earthquake) was a train.....until I heard screaming children which woke me up and then I realized we were in the middle of an earthquake....pretty big. That was in 1992 in Palm Desert. I think the earthquake was centered near Desert Hot Springs.
I sleep every night with my window open because it always feels good......
Yet another; methinks I'll be needing to start a "list."
Good evening Resty, all.
I sleep with mine open every night too, even in the dead of winter. Of course I'm not home now to do it, but I always have.
Al has sometimes complained, but I don't listen. It's good for his avoirdupois. lol
Cookin up some Chicken Piccata, so will be on and off. My nice new stove is a mess...sighhhhhhhhhhh...
Oh well..had to happen sometime.. Can't always eat off the grill...Loddy. ;)
thank goodness it was only an earthquake dream...hope it was in the middle east...how about Syria?
Got back just a little bit ago..long day. Had to be at the hospital at 6 so the plan was to get up a 5 and leave at 0530. but we woke up at 0440 so just as well as the power went off.. Was that your doing NULLY?
Anyway got there on time. Had to sit around for about an hour or so before they came and got The Great One. He was rolled into the Cath Lab at 8 and in an hour was out. He was pretty groggy and is snoozing now which is a good thing because he is so full of Bravado ( read polite BS about what he can do sometimes as is overdo) that he would be more likely not to stay put and not move around today.
Anyway. The results are mixed...he has one artery that is completely blocked and one that is about 70%. So on the 27th we go for the followup to see just what the next step is. I think it will depend upon what and how active he wants to be and if he can't go out to the gold hole and look for that yellow metal it will not be a good thing soooo he may be in for a bypass. At the moment he is not in any danger really as the good news is that because he has always been so physically active ( as Marines are) his heart developed additional viens or capillaries which have picked up the slack. So in a few days he can go back to golf and walking and the gym but not the golding since that is in a remote area and the doc said he has to stay in civilization.
And now I am going to take a Tylenol and get rid of my headache. I too am pooped. Taco followed orders to the letter like a good kitty...nothing was out of order..good thing since I found him asleep on the job when we got home.
.
Probably gets him to keep his clothes on, too.
Howdy Gran
I love the cold crisp air if I could I sleep with my head out the window!:)
Coast mystery: Cow washes up on beach
Why, yes. As a matter of fact it WAS in California.
Meeeeeeeeeeee..too. I love it. I have a window right next to my bed in NH.. and I just pull the covers over me and breathe that cold air all night.
Nothing like a cold nose for sleeping good..lol. ;)
LOL..I know it helps to keep mine on..
