Ahhhh... THAT sounds like fun. I could have picked one up last night at the old mining town. They even had big open pit fires going. Toasting Darks marshmallows after branding the Goth chocolate.

Hmm, yes.
I see that.

Nope, no cattle prods for Christams.
Though I did get a suede shirt and two turtlenecks.

And Doom3.
*scratches chin*

The unit medic tested my handwriting and reaction times afterwards and was surprised to find them the same.

Seems that a small portion of the population metabolises alcohol in an odd fashion, whence making them more resistant to alcohol.
I figured that since the 'pleasant buzz' I was always told about was out of reach, it wasn't worth trying for.

So, my pursuits went elsewhere.
*chuckle*

Yikes, that drink sounds scary. I did like Stoli O though - my other fave. (Stoli Orange) None of those phoo-phoo girly drinks for me.

I am still overwhelmed by the stories coming out from the tsunami. What horrific tales of terror and agony, and still, there are stories of miracles....not to mention the ones of shameless irresponsibility.

Dell still has a huge presence here, but bit by bit (pun semi-intended), he's relocating operations for cheaper labor.

Guessing that your hotel will have a very nice fitness center - it is arguably the finest lodging that Austin has to offer.

Ahhh, thanks for the links; I need to catch up on the news about that. I saw Swervie's link about the Europeans vacationing with the bodies, sick.

The story of the little girl saving all those people was so great to read. A miracle among all the mayhem.
