Aarrrrggghhhhhhh!!!!!!! I am SO mad! this same foster mom did it again. She had arranged for another foster parent to keep 2 of my girls for 3 days over Thanksgiving. Then after she dumped the other 2 kids back on me to do something with in the middle of the Thanksgiving break, she asked these other foster parents if they would keep these other two through the weekend because she was sick. The other foster mom called me tonight and said that they had gone out and when they got back there was a message on their answering machine, which the kids heard, that she couldn't handle it and wasn't going to come back and get them. I have a feeling that she is about to get shut down as a foster home....and she should! I know I won't ever place another kid there. These kids have enough problems without foster parents dumping them like unwanted puppies or something!
