We will not tire, we will not falter, and we will not fail!
Good morning!!
Do not let the victims of the attacks on New York and Washington, nor the brave members of our Nation's military who have given their lives to protect our freedom, die in vain!!
The quote of the day:
I want to go back. It kills me when I see the news, when I think of all my buddies back there. [Ryan Chapman, US Marine, at Landstuhl, Germany, wounded at Fallujah.]
Condi Rice is President Bush's selection to replace Collin Powell as Secretary of State.
The Bush Administration is agressively hunting down some 400,000 fugitive immigrants, some 80,000 of which were ordered to leave the country after criminal convictions, according to the Arizona Republic.
NBC is saying that a Marine shot an unarmed and wounded Iraqi prisoner in cold blood. The network offers as proof a video grab showing a marine standing over a prisoner with his M-16 pointed at him. The screen goes to black and a shot is heard on the tape (from the caption to the AP/NBC Pool screen grab). While this means there is no video proof of the shooting, NBC still claims it occurred.
For AMERICA - The Right Way, I remain yours in the Cause, the Chairman.

Prediction on the first question (or in the alternative, how many questions do you think will pass before we get this one...?):
Mr. President. After your successful re-election bid last week, how do you intend to reach out to Democrats to unite the country?
Will cycle those names around and see if any fish bites.

California Considers by-the-Mile Driving Tax
Yes, this is in the "I can't make this stuff up folks!
California wants to put GPS units in all cars, track the driving, beam the data to satellites, calculate milage, and send the car owner a bill!
hummm, good afternoon everyone. How is the President's speech going?
I want Bush to be President because he is a really good President and he will help us win the war.
And now for the winner from the opposing side:
I want Kerry to be President because he gives my family stuff like paper and electric and he is nice.
We have our work cut out for us.
Yep, we would have lost the war, but we would have nicely received paper.
Rush Limbaugh must have read your column before he went on the air today. He said many of your points.
Hmm!! A young journalist in training, I see.
he will help us win the war. He's smart enough to know that the President will do his best to provide the necessary support for our troops to win the war, but that he personally is not fighting the war, alone.
Now, the Kerry lad has the impression Kerry owns a paper mill and nuclear plant and gives the stuff away. Poor child. I can imagine the discussions in that house.
Get the list long enough and you sure increase the odds of making a hit ;^). Johnson, Connor, and Stenholm seem to have pretty wide support. I say throw out Lyons, Knight, and Deidrich . Consumer groups warning to put priority on supporter of food safety and someone who will care more about Americas health than agribusiness wealth.
FWIW, Prairie
