We will not tire, we will not falter, and we will not fail!
Good morning!!
Do not let the victims of the attacks on New York and Washington, nor the brave members of our Nation's military who have given their lives to protect our freedom, die in vain!!
The quote of the day:
I want to go back. It kills me when I see the news, when I think of all my buddies back there. [Ryan Chapman, US Marine, at Landstuhl, Germany, wounded at Fallujah.]
Condi Rice is President Bush's selection to replace Collin Powell as Secretary of State.
The Bush Administration is agressively hunting down some 400,000 fugitive immigrants, some 80,000 of which were ordered to leave the country after criminal convictions, according to the Arizona Republic.
NBC is saying that a Marine shot an unarmed and wounded Iraqi prisoner in cold blood. The network offers as proof a video grab showing a marine standing over a prisoner with his M-16 pointed at him. The screen goes to black and a shot is heard on the tape (from the caption to the AP/NBC Pool screen grab). While this means there is no video proof of the shooting, NBC still claims it occurred.
For AMERICA - The Right Way, I remain yours in the Cause, the Chairman.
I've just arrived home. Received an email from a 'friend', asking about Gary Baise. I did a search, he's spent most of his time with EPA issues and dealing with cranberries.
Do you have an opinion on him?
I don't but I'll run the name around and see if anybody I know does. But with all due respect to cranberry growers everywhere, couldn't we get somebody knowlegable about corn, soybeans, wheat and milo?
Prairie
I agree with you. But just because we want someone knowledgable in our commodities, doesn't necessarily mean that's what we'll get.
I've got a Central Committee meeting. We will hash and rehash our efforts. I hope it doesn't last too late.
Prayers being sent.
Good evening. How is Rick and family?
Rick is getting better, I spoke to him last night,if he can get in a car by himself Thursday he can come home, they have a jeep, he tried to get in that last Sunday and couldn't make it, the seats were too high. His wife is borrowing a car to go down Thursday. Pray it is low enough that he can get in.
As soon as he gets home,I am taking a wheelchair up to him, my daughter has twins in wheelchairs, so she gave one to Rick when the boys got new ones.
I continue to pray for Rick, you and your family.
ROTFLMAO..is that ALL???
Continuing prayers for Rick, sweeti\e.
Oh merci.. you just triggered my "duh" mentality. I am a week over renewing my driver's licence, e-check & plates.. Thank heaven for the month grace period. Between campaign, election & being URI-ing, I had completely forgotten.
Oh, I know it will mean a great deal to all of you if Rick can come home. Prayers continue!!!
Thanks for the info ... and welcome to ATRW. Or welcome back if you've been here before and I've missed you.
I did some looking around on the internet and discovered that there is a Ronald McDonald house near the hospital. Families of ill children get preference but I gave Paula the phone number so she could make inquiries.
We haven't heard any updates from her ... and I'm getting quite anxious about that.
I am a 47 year old army national guard member that came back in the guard after 20 years out. 911 was it for me
I still felt a duty to this country. I have been married
for 20 years and have three kids, One of which will be entering the guard next year. Yes the education is great but it comes with a price. I will be going to Iraq in the spring as a soldiermedic in an infantry batt, I am a firemedic fulltime, I will go without crying and be proud of it. All americans need to know of the sacrifice some
make PROUD TO SERVE !
