We will not tire, we will not falter, and we will not fail!
Good morning!!
Do not let the victims of the attacks on New York and Washington, nor the brave members of our Nation's military who have given their lives to protect our freedom, die in vain!!
American forces now control 80% of Fallujah. The remaining terrorists are now cornered.

Final election vote tally:
Bush = 60,480,193
Outgoing AG Ashcroft commented that there are certain judges in America which threaten National Security by ruling contradictory to the President's obligations under international treaties and agreements. Specifically, Ashcroft condemned a judge's ruling that the President's decision that Al Qa'eda members were exempt from the Geneva Conventions was wrong.
The ACLU, naturally, disagreed with Ashcroft.
For AMERICA - The Right Way, I remain yours in the Cause, the Chairman.
*sulk*
Mine wouldn't talk to me after the first time I dissected their notes and sent them back - even the ones that agreed with me. I wanted more. :(
FR is really great because we get the news days before they do.
I can't say I look at all bills that I come across, but $200 demands some attention (even if I didn't know there was no such thing). It appears that like Hillary and the Travel Office scandal, the prosecutor decided she was "too stupid to convict".
Did you just see Carville put egg on his face on MTP? Too funny!
A friend of mine at work got a copy of "The Cryptkeeper's Christmas" several years ago. I can't say I care for it too much, but I do sometimes catch myself thinking "Up on the rooftop with nails and saws ... Building a trap for Santa Claus!"
Was it left in the refrigerator too long?
Well, it was too large for the hole it was installed in. Does that count? :-p
If you've got aluminum wiring, I'd seriously consider making a whole new run and hiring an electrician. Was there an oven there before? If so, what was it's power rating compared to the new one?
I hate that stuff. I found a good tactic is to be oblivious and agree - though I started early. You're just encouraging her misbehaviour. :)
I guess it's like when I get the "Are we there yet" and I respond with a "yes" regardless. My friends kids quit asking me. :)
Trouble is, people like Brinkler make the less informed believe the deficit is something horrible, as most people haven't the slilghtest idea what a deficit it. They also make believe our debt can be cleared away with one payment.
Bless your and daughter's heart. Prayers for you both.
"I am lonely. I feel that we, as a nation, have alienated all our friends and further provoked our enemies. I feel unprotected. Most of all I feel alienated from my fellow citizens, because I don't understand what you are thinking. You voted for a man who started a war in Iraq for no reason, against the wishes of the entire world. You voted for a man whose lack of foresight and inability to plan has led to massive insurgencies in Iraq, where weapons are disappearing into the hands of terrorists. You voted for a man who let Osama Bin Laden escape into the hills of Afghanistan so that he could start that war in Iraq. You voted for a man who doesn't want to let people love who they want to love; doesn't want to let doctors cure their patients; doesn't want to let women rule their destinies. I don't understand why you voted for this man. For me, it is not enough that he is personable; it is not enough that he seems like one of the guys. Why did you vote for him? Why did you elect a man that lied to us in order to convince us to go to war?(Ten years ago you were incensed when our president lied about his sex life; you thought it was an impeachable offense.) Why did you elect a leader who thinks that strength cannot include diplomacy or international cooperation? Why did you elect a man who did nothing except run away and hide on September 11?"
She ends it with this: "Are you terrified? I don't think you are. I don't think you realize what you have done. And if anything happens to me or the people I love, I blame you. I wanted you to know that."
She reminds me of the woman who cut Roomey off at a 4-way stop, she drove right around him. She stopped where she was going so Roomey pulled over too, and asked why she pulled that stunt. Her reply was that she wanted to get to the tire shop before they ran out of her type tire, cause they were on sale.
Howdy All. Life is good today. Roomey and a bunch of his Aggie friends went to College Station yesterday to watch a great ball game. TX A&M vs Texas Tech. It was a good game and close, it went into overtime and of course A&M won. It was a good game, I saw part of it on tv, as I was busy doing other things. As I've said before, I'm no sports fan.
He got home last night just brimming with victory. LOL
Even when Clinton was elected to a second term, we didn't fall into the depths of despair...we just sucked it up and pushed ahead. These people are really full of HATE. This morning, I listened to the "dark side's Mike Malloy" for a couple of minutes and he uses phrases like "Bush Crime Family", "Bush is a murderer" "Gonzales is a killer" and on and on. These people are desparate very scary!
People like that are so brainwashed by the leftist "intelligentsia" there is no reasoning with them.
We had a few of those on our side during the Clinton years. Some nutty woman attorney here in Indy was convinced that the Amtrak repair yard was being converted into a concentration camp. She was quite serious about it and was on talk radio and everything.
The difference is that there were fewer of our nut cases, and we had conservatives who would tell people like that that they were just plain nuts. No one on the left is trying to calm these hysterical people down.
Myself, I would block e-mails from people like that. You don't need to be upset by stuff like that, and you can't argue with her anyway.
No, I missed it!
As soon as Tony Blair's interview was finished, I turned it off. Should have known CarVile would pull a funny stunt like that. LOL
The second mistake you made was READING that garbage! The first mistake was being familiar enough with these dweebs that they have your email address.
Over the last 10 years, I have managed to remove myself from social circles that include vicious people. I work with vicious people, but I don't have to associate with them socially.
I cannot believe how much more serene I am since I started ignoring those people.
...wish you'd "visit" more often!
"FR is really great because we get the news days before they do."
My neighbors who have a computer for email ONLY are continually amazed at the FR articles I bring to them. I usually preface my gift with "here's stuff you'll never see on your TV".
BTW... no one has offered brownies this morning!
Cameron saw Hannah yesterday for the first time, and from what I gather, she was impressed for about 5 minutes. :-) She's been with my Mom since Wednesday, and on the way home she started crying that she wanted to go to her "nome" with Daddy. For whatever reason, "Daddy" has felt the need to stay at the hospital since Hannah was born. I would have turned that car right around and handed her to Daddy, but my Mom's too nice. She's also exhausted. My brother is taking her today and bringing her to my sister's house, since she is coming home today. I think Cameron will be a good "big" sister, as she loves to play "Mommy" and reads to her dolls and makes them say their prayers...she's a riot. "I said, say "MaMen!" She's cute as a button.
Mark's football team won yesterday, so they are playing in the Superbowl next weekend. They are playing the only team they lost to in the regular season, but who they beat 36-6 in the only practice game they had. We'll just have to see who's better. They won 28-14 yesterday, and they usually have high scoring games. Mark plays 2nd string WR and CB. He loves it! You should see him juking around those defensive guys when they come at him...he's fast...and he GROWLS at the kid he's up against during the game. It's a lot different than last year, when he used to run the other way! ;-) Michael's team lost in the 1st round play-offs--but he didn't care, he's focusing on next year. He's up to 30 pushups/situps a day and he's going to be a HORSE. He's bigger than me! Which isn't saying much, LOL!
I am so sick and tired of the local RATS whining in the paper about the election...no wonder they can't win, they can't get past 2000 yet! Sheesh!
Anyway, that's the very long answer to your very short question! :-)
FLASH NEWS: Someone just tried to assasinate Mahmoud Abbas (sp?), the new Palestinion Terror Leader. Hmmm.
Time to get ready for football! :-)
The election was decided in Ohio. There were three issues that caused registered Democrats in rural counties to vote for President Bush. They were Kerry's record of trashing vietnam veterans from 71 until 74. It was Kerry's record of supporting abortion and the gay agenda. It was Kerry's support of gun control. It was veterans groups, churches, and gun rights groups that got the Democratic vote out for George W. Bush. It was not what the media covered or what the media said. If the media controled outcomes then Kerry would be president elect.
