It is obvious that Fox bought the spin too. After declaring Ohio they refused to give Bush one of the other sure victory states and declare Bush the victor.

Can you imagine the cry of bias and "trying to effect the outcome," by the MSM if Fox had called the win for Dubya and none of the other networks followed suit...Then Kerry calls out the moveon.org protesters and litigation and questions of illegitimacy for 4 more years? I think Fox made the right decision as did Dubya by letting Kerry concede. Fox did not want to be the only station calling it for Dubya...it would have hurt their ratings. I think that ratings should be Fox's #1 concern, not calling the race for one party or the other.

At Three AM the Bush campaign knew they had won. It may surprise you to know that is why Andrew Card announced that Bush had won at 3:00Am. The Kerry campaign knew they had lost when Edwards came out.... that is why Bon Jovi was holding his head down in abject disappointment! Do you think he was celebrating victory.

Bush knew he had won. Kerry knew he had lost. Fox knew Bush had won and Fox knew Kerry had lost.

And anyone who thinks calling a race hours after the polls have closed can effect the outcome is ... well almost anyone can understand how illogical that is.

Fox anchors did not have the guts to say what they knew to be true. Fox anchors are stupid fools. They are sacrificing their audience for MSM acceptance. All Fox has earned is the contempt of the Democrats and the Republicans.

The MSM respects power exercised. The fools at Fox are too unobservant to understand that fact.

Fox anchors sold out trying to win approval of the MSM. They do not deserve power they don't know how to exercise it.

Obviously, the powers that be at FoxNews agree with you.

What ever happened to breaking from the pack, a news media outlet actually reporting the FACTS,(not based on some lame exit poll) on election night with truth and integrity? Oh excuse me, we've never had that in my lifetime, and arguably never will.

This was FoxNews' chance to rise above the rest, and they didn't. Sad.

I think there are a select few of the FoxNews folks who are for real, and don't give a FRA about political correctness.

My fantasy is that Bernie Goldberg would start his own news network. Then you would REALLY see "fair and balanced".

It would have hurt their ratings? HOW? By reporting the truth, what anyone who was analyzing the data from the states as they were actually coming in could do?

It's strange how reality looks when you don't have the "benefit" of looking at through phony exit polls.

Fox has lived by their ratings, they can also die by them.
