yeah... the male grads I've seen all are overweight, in dire need of a new wardroge, bath, shave and a haircut... it's like they're trying to act the part of a slob grad student...
But I kinda want a phd.... and if I leave, I'll never get back.

Here we have those, and then goth types, foreigners, and those really skinny types with no muscles and ponytails. I like ponys but you gotta be able to wear one.

I haven't seen any goths... course, the hillbilly farm boys have a good time beatin the crap outta folks like that...
Funny thing is, I was thinking earlier that that picture was a bit "artsy"...in a folkartsy kinda way. At least to me. If it was a painting, I think it would be neat!

I have a portrait of our old Saab, pen and ink, with a tree growing up through it...it's from the perspective of our neighbor's dog...like he was looking through the chain link fence at it. It's really cool.
And I have a water color of some peas...Steve had it done for the bathroom. HA HA HA!!

Hmmmm....maybe they should add it to yer Flex benefits.
Mostly, the guys are nice. A lot of them are kind of in awe of a girl who can compete at their level. The ones I work with treat me like a lady, which is nice. Even the grungy guy is nice once you get to know him.
But I avoid goths.

It was a cool car, Steve wanted to renovate it some day and I made him get rid of it. I wish I hadn't now. We coulda put it in the shop at least.

That's really Steve's doing...he does much of the cooking (he's just better at it than I am) and he doesn't like anything but the TV on the kitchen counter. I'll put a nice basket of produce out and he sweeps it into the fridge. He likes a blank slate to cook on! LOL
Well gee, thanks fer bein' a pal and not kickin' us when we were already down.
I am not doing very well at FReeping ~and~ watching the Olympic Show Jumping.... so I am gonna hit the couch for the rest of it.... I'll be back ;~D
