Yep.

His name is Adam Warren. We were good friends in high school. He has done most of his work with the Dirty Pair. Here is a sample of his work.

Are those two Americanised versions of the Japanese manga of the same name? Or translations of the manga?

I have to check out Bubblegum Crisis someday. The name itself would make it worth a little time...

Interesting--Eclipse and Dark Horse, not bad :) BTW I didn't know Dark Horse had a Japanese branch--that's kinda neat.
